Hi, I’m Mohamed Bouqourou! I’m a certified physical preparation coach with a degree in Physical Education and Sports (EPS), and I’ve worked as a strength and conditioning coach for Wydad Athletic Club’s U21 team. I specialize in physical preparation, reathletization, and bodybuilding coaching, helping athletes recover, rebuild, and perform at their peak.
